Satan is known as the one who lies, cheats and steals. He is known as the father of all lies. The fallen one himself is the master of temptation, and that is his best weapon that he uses against us. Have you ever noticed that you feel tempted to go back to bad habits/mindsets when you're tired? It doesn't matter if you're tired emotionally, mentally or even spiritually, when you're tired, you are right where he wants you. He wants you to be in a place where doing the things that are not from sound begin to sound like they are from God. They begin to sound good and like they are the right things for you.
To fight that we say to you Isaiah 40:31 "But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”
Waiting for God in these moment can feel next to impossible but you are able. He gave you the ability to flee from sin and temptation through his presence and saving power. You faith will grow and your strength will come back to you. Keep trusting in him.
