This is one of my Favorite Dining room Updates.. We started with the floor.. Stained a darker mat stain color to give a great foundation to start with.. Then increased the wall wainscoting to double stack square with and beautiful bump out window feature to ceiling... Color change and new furniture and Lighting !!! This year the holidays are Definitely at this house !

Look Familiar? This before shot shows that standard builders subdivision kitchen.. Here we took down a couple of intruding walls and expanded the window over the sink to create a much more open feel! We moved the layout around to include a cooking area with plenty of room and tripled the size of the island..! This Kitchen is Ready to Entertain 😁

This is that dining room you haven't done yet>> the one that is the kids playroom...Its Time you claim your Space!! In here we darkened the stain on the floors and raised & beef'd up the raised panel wall.. Added a tung and groove ceiling and of course, New dining room table chairs and Fantastic double Vintage Lighting..

Here we are in the Mudroom that includes Laundry and Bath..This was what the homeowner called the "Shed" unfinished space...I created this space to embrace the authentic qualities I found onsite.. I was able to reclaim the barn door from the Huge Barn on property..In addition to the many planks I salvaged from the Barn to use as authentic bench seating and old white painted shiplap wall in bath. .. Beams complete the Vintage Style.. This is the Homeowners Favorite part of the Renovation!
