Laura Marotta custom disco mermaid fit for Ptown! The skirt part was upcycled from a wedding dress that I re patterned. I hand dyed parts of it pastel green on my kitchen stove! All hand sewn beads and details. Top is corset base covered in hand sewn beads and details by me.
