Timeless Trinkets Antique and Vintage Button Jewelry and Bookmarks I'm a dreamer who enjoys making treasures out of antique and vintage items. She could knit, crochet, and sew.

I delight in going to antique stores, to be surrounded by old things collected under one roof is like taking a trip back in time. I often wonder what stories my little treasure would weave if they could talk. I grew up on a farm in the Appalachian mountains of Virginia. I lived beside my grandparents and was often a shadow to my grandma. My grandmother was the local seamstress for the community. S

he would drive to North Carolina to buy bolts of fabric from the mill outlet and stock them in her small sewing room. We raised chickens, cows, made our own butter and cheese. I was always involved in some type of creative process whether it was making my own clothes or food. One of my fondest memories is running my fingers through my grandmothers button tin, I have always loved buttons! She passed down to me the love for creating and making things. I am always making something.
