Hello! Mel here;) I have been anxiously awaiting the green light to announce some huge changes to this business! As many of you know, I closed Gypsy Alley Boutique, and moved out of downtown. SO many factors had a part in the huge decision. It was a move that scared me, it was bittersweet, and a TON of work! Since then, I have partnered with an old friend, Beth Fletcher. She had a dream, and she took the leap to make it happen, and I am incredibly excited and grateful to be a part of it! She is the owner of Mystic Life, here in Xenia. There are many women involved, each contributing in their own unique ways, with their awesome talents and gifts. We have Wendy Bird, who is hands down the best yoga teacher I have ever taken a class with, as the Director of Yoga, as Wendy Bird Yoga. Jamee Wellman is getting closer to her Yoga teacher training certification, and is going to be such a gentle and sweet addition to the class offerings. Jaime Rankin is an incredible artist who literally paints with her teeth and blows me away with her determination and gifts, check her out at , or come see and purchase her pieces at the Mystic shop. Britney Accrocco is a wildly talented artist, as well. She is one of the most unique artists I have met, and you should see her Genie piece! She also has her art displayed at the Mystic shop, available for purchase. Both of the artists are collaborating to bring art and diy classes into our classroom. Beth Fletcher is the head Goddess in charge. Without her we would all be trying to go it alone. She is a Reiki Master, is also working towards Yoga teacher certification, and is a badass at explaining so many things "Mystic". She is so gifted in so many ways! She has such a light about her, and she is such a warm, giving woman, who would heal the world if she could! Then there's me. With experience and passion for running a shop, I moved in. I did some soul searching and decided it was time to change my business name, and be more authentic to who I am, what I love, and how I want to grow, and last but not least, where I used to be, and the transformation that grief, soul searching and awakening has led me to. My own "business" name is Sol Revival. I am coming out of a heavy, and sometimes dark place, and am healing and literally reviving my soul. Sol is another name for the Sun:) So I am the Mystic shop chick. But I am also earning my certification for Yoga teaching. My passion lies in the meditation work. So I will be working towards my certification in that area in January, and am going to focus on healing and grief relief classes.
At The Mystic shop we are looking to add some more artists and makers to the mix. We have a good variety of products, such as crystals, jewelry, candles, incense, oils, art, etc. But we have room for more! Message me if you are interested and we can talk details to see if it's a good fit for both ends:)
We have passed inspections and are able to open our doors! We are firming up hours of operation, and a calendar of events, so stay tuned for all of that! I will share on this page, and Mystic Life page is active as well. Please go check it out and see our progress! This has truly been a journey getting this far. Road blocks, setbacks, celebrations, meetings of the minds, and bonding that is so genuine. Some would say groups of women shouldn't run a business together, but you will get it when you meet everyone here. Divine connections, pure intentions, and love and light are present at 65 South Allison Avenue. We welcome all:)
