Summer is having her way with me.
The sudden wild awareness that winter is actually over.
The deep collective knowing of a fleeting season.
The roller coaster ride of grief and euphoria.
The long light a stern reminder of our responsibility to own it, spread it, store it, and put it into practice.
The reminder that even as it leaves around us, it lives within us.
The reminder to protect our light - with moments of being held.

I hope Summer holds you tight, so you can let go.

Calling all women! You are welcome to this meditative, mindful and restorative yoga evening - THIS WEDNESDAY 5/27 - where I’ll be leading yoga with community, connection and breath at the center of it all! You may just show up - this is a fundraiser for Strong Girls United and is at their “The HUB” at 13 Church St, York, ME from 5:30-6:30PM. $40 due upon attending Bring a yoga mat only if you have one - Free Parking onsite.
