If you know me you know how hard this one is to sell. Aliens is a classic sci-fi film. No joke I have probably watched it over 100+ times.
Funny story-first time I watched it was when it came out on HBO. I was sitting close to the TV locked in, my parents on the couch behind me. When Newt gets captured, I turned around and my parents vanished, I assumed immediately that they were taken by a xenomorph, I glance out the solarium window thinking I’m next, I jumped up as fast I could. I found my parents upstairs and I remember jumping on my dad’s chest and grabbing his shirt and screaming at him “don’t you ever do that to me again, I thought you guys died”. This was 1987 and I was 9.
