We know it can take some time to adjust to our summer schedule, but please keep in mind that our June–August hours are 10:00-1:00 PM. We understand these hours may be difficult for some families, which is why we allow an alternative pickup person if needed.

Many of our staff and volunteers also have children home for the summer, family commitments, appointments, and vacations planned during these months. We kindly ask that visits be completed during our posted hours. If you arrive after closing time, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your visit that day, even if staff are still on-site wrapping up other responsibilities.

Good morning!

Our clothing bins are beginning to look a little bare! We are currently in need of children’s clothing in ALL sizes, but we are especially desperate for sizes 18 months and up.

With summer in full swing, we’ve had many families visit the Blessing Closet, and our supply is running low. If you have gently used or like-new, smoke-free children’s clothing that your family has outgrown, please consider donating.

Donations can be dropped off Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Happy Saturday! We hope you’re all enjoying your weekend. ☀️

Just a few quick updates:

We are currently in need of boys’ summer clothing in sizes 2T/3T, as well as boys’ swim trunks. We have been accepting some 4T clothing to help fill the gap due to our shortage of 3T items, though we don’t typically advertise carrying that size.

We also wanted to mention that while we do not accept car seats or cribs, we gladly take many other baby items, including strollers. We often have moms looking for them, and they are always appreciated!

Another quick note—so far, only a few people have entered our June giveaway. 🤯 It’s a great opportunity to bless a dad in your life, whether it’s your father, your husband, or the father of your children. Be sure to check out the giveaway post and follow the steps to enter!

Lastly, we’re hoping the weather cooperates as we plan to participate in the Art Crawl Parade today. If you see us, be sure to say hi and give our kiddos a wave—they may even have some candy to share! 😉🍬
