On August 12th 2022, during a family beach trip mixed.match was born! Sitting on the beach, with my beautiful girls, I shared with them an idea I had since they were young. I explained how dressing two smart creative girls was always a challenge and that many of the first struggles with girls and moms are often over dressing. As moms we want to allow for independence while hoping to guide with grace and some kind of compromise in the dressing process. So, what if there was a box of clothes that all coordinated allowing a young girl to dress independently, with her choices in mind while the mom can sit back and feel relieved knowing they will always match! My girls looked at me and said, “ brilliant, does it exist?” Much to our surprise, it did not exist! What a journey it has been and I am thankful for all of their support helping to bring this concept to reality.
