NOW HIRING SEAMSTRESS

One Enchanted Evening is a full-service, high-end bridal salon featuring an extensive collection of gowns for every Social Occasion. We are seeking a qualified, experienced Seamstress to join our team. In this role, you will be working with a wide range of customers in helping them to fit and alter their gown.

The successful candidate will be proficient in all areas of alterations, especially as they relate to Bridal and Social Occasion gowns, from measuring for a special order, to pinning, taking in or letting out, hemming, bustling, etc.

Job Requirements

· Exhibit a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service to all customers
· Responsible for the measuring, altering, cleaning and pressing of customers’ gowns and accessories
· Make repairs to stock inventory and spot clean when necessary
· Press and prepare gowns for customer pick-up
· Must possess excellent sewing and mending skills
· Possess a good knowledge of fabrics and measurements
· Have a reliable source of transportation and have the ability if need be to transport gowns to an off-site location to complete the work
