For the garment processing side, we have Nexia Nray 2 laser machine, Tolkar washing systems and Metod Makina dry processing units.

NRAY2 is a new latest generation laser source marking machine which helps to reduce water and energy usage.

Our specialists can make different types of washing including but not limited to stone wash, acid wash, enzyme, destroy, as well as specialized fabrics using silicone, spray, tint. We can also make manual processing for special effects.

GARMENTS – SEWING👖

Our garments unit uses one of the best systems in the sewing industry in order to get the top quality at the same by optimizing the production time. We have three lines currently which use machines from Brother/Sip Italy and Automatic Cutting system from Ge**er. In total we have 135 sewing machines, with the capacity of 5 thousand pairs of jeans per 1 shift. However, we are working on implementing 2nd and 3rd shift works in the near future. Moreover, we are ready to expand our garments side at a short notice and produce up to 1 million pairs per month.

Today is the Global Shopping Day. Do you know the story behind this unique holiday?

The holiday became a major commercial event in China during the first decade of the 21st century when Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba (BABA) offered deeply discounted merchandise on its platform for 24 hours, starting at midnight on Nov. 11, 2009.

FABRIC FINISHING

We pay a lot of attention to the fabric finishing. For instance, we use advanced Sienging systems from Osthoff (Germany), and the Pad Steam and Mercerising machines from Benninger (Switzerland) where we can perform the overdye processes. Also, we use Stenter frames and shrinkage machines from MONFORST (Switzerland) in order to give our fabric, the best possible conditioning before it being used further in garment manufacturing.
