Work is Mon-Fri with options to work weekends. Work starts at 7am and ends whenever work is finished, anywhere from noon to 4pm. Starting pay is $13 an hr and can go up to $20 an hour depending on work ethics, we can provide anywhere from 25hrs a week to 40hrs. The work is comparable to green house factory work with an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation as you will be working with food product. Not much heavy lifting 50lbs max, standing and moving around all day, planting/cupping/packaging produce, and cleaning/scrubbing and working with soap and bleach.
