This time, we were happy to welcome the students and faculty from Texas State University ( Texas State University )!

This visit was a wonderful opportunity for us to share our journey in the Sustainable Denim Industry and our green business model:
- Optimizing internal production processes.
- Implementing circular economy projects aimed at recycling textile waste.

EVOLUTION LISTENS TO GEN Z 🧠✨

Rapid growth is exciting but what matters most to us is growing in a way that genuinely adds value and empowers our team - especially our young generation, who are shaping the future of our company. 🌟

On Friday, June 12th, we were proud to launch the very first session of our special full-day workshop: "Why Am I Here?"

This is not a typical corporate training or a seminar with endless presentation slides. Instead, the program is designed as a safe, relaxed and completely open sanctuary for honest dialogue. 💬🌱

We are honored to have this session guided by Venus Le, an independent psychosocial counsellor and workshop facilitator with extensive international experience, ensuring a deeply supportive environment for everyone.

Investing in the next generation means giving them a rightful seat at the table and the power to actively shape the culture they contribute to. This workshop is just the starting point. We will soon bring these vital conversations to our production and warehouse departments, because every single young voice in our big family matters. 🚀💙
