Regarding the latest sharing about the investigation regarding a "person" who has made a payment/s to a business account to buy Children garments, that lead to the Business Bank account to be temporarily frozen and restricted whilst these transactions have been looked into.

I’d like to advise all Sellers as below:

1- We have always believed that our role as a business is to serve our customers with integrity and deliver the highest quality products. Bad products with low quality can be tested by investigation due to cause harm to children.

2- At the same time, we fully understand that today’s banking systems operate under strict KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, which means occasional reviews can happen beyond a business’s control. Therefore, all your client list MUST HAVE clearly details of FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE and EMAIL and PROPERLY INVOICES for Where you buy in order to sell, what customber buy, and where we ship to (my partners/ affiliates in all countries doing this very well).

3- With transparent records, clear orders, and full compliance with tax obligations (both import and export tax, VAT tax, all taxes included). You also can use Ref Number of bank transaction for the TRACKING NUMBER.

If we do that, we always trust that everything will be resolved appropriately in due course.

Don’t be worried at all. Keep doing right by the beginning, then no issue in future.
