SPAGHETTI NEBULA
Simeis 147, also known as deliciously: the spaghetti nebula due to its fibrous structure, is a supernova remnant located between the constellations of the Auriga and Ta**us constellations. The distance from this nebula to the earth is about 3,000 light years and is 40000 years old, scientists believe that, after the supernova explosion has created a very rapidly rotating neutron star (called pulsar PSR J0538 + 2817) very strong radio emits.

Explanation: On January 21, light from the Moon near the first quadrant illuminated this foreground of this night view and snowy mountain. Called the Lion, the pair of prominent mountain peaks is located in the north of Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada, North America, planet Earth. Located on a twin apex, to the left of Deneb alpha in the constellation Cygnus, is the emission regions NGC 7000 and IC 5070. Part of a large, complex star about 1,500 light-years from Vancouver, they shine with the characteristic red color of atomic hydrogen. The outlines of light-emitting regions suggest their popular names, the North American Nebula and the Pelican Nebula. A beautifully organized, deep night scene is a composite of successive exposures taken with a modified digital camera and a telephoto lens. Foreground exposure is performed with the camera fixed to a tripod, the background exposure tracked of the sky is carried out. The result maintains crisp details naturally and displays a range of brightness and colors that your eyes cannot see for themselves.

These stars, collectively known as the R136 star cluster, part of the Tarantula Nebula, were captured in feature images in visible light in 2009 via the Hubble Space Telescope.
The clouds of gas and dust in the Tarantula Nebula, are elongated by strong winds and ultraviolet radiation from these hot cluster stars.
The Tarantula Nebula is in a neighboring galaxy known as the Great Magellanic Cloud and lies just 170,000 light-years away from us.

Blown by fast winds from a hot, massive star, this cosmic bubble is much larger than the dolphin it appears to be. Cataloged as Sharpless 2-308 it lies some 5,200 light-years away toward the constellation of the Big Dog (Canis Major) and covers slightly more of the sky than a Full Moon. That corresponds to a diameter of 60 light-years at its estimated distance. The massive star that created the bubble, a Wolf-Rayet star, is the bright one near the center of the nebula. Wolf-Rayet stars have over 20 times the mass of the Sun and are thought to be in a brief, pre-supernova phase of massive star evolution. Fast winds from this Wolf-Rayet star create the bubble-shaped nebula as they sweep up slower moving material from an earlier phase of evolution. The windblown nebula has an age of about 70,000 years. Relatively faint emission captured in the featured expansive image is dominated by the glow of ionized oxygen atoms mapped to a blue hue.

The image shows the central region of the California nebula. It captures the uncontrollable and vast energy of nature in a form that resembles the huge waves of a storm in the ocean. The RGB channels are used the create the colours of the stars, and all of the nebulosity are synthetised from the hydrogen-alpha and the SII channels. The colour assignment of the narrowband channels is done in a way to create an image close to true colour, but preserving the fine details and the depth provided by the narrowband filters

ta Carinae (η Carinae, abbreviated to η Car), formerly known as Eta Argus, is a stellar system containing at least two stars with a combined luminosity greater than five million times that of the Sun, located around 7,500 light-years (2,300 parsecs) distant in the constellation Carina. Previously a 4th-magnitude star, it brightened in 1837 to become brighter than Rigel, marking the start of its so-called "Great Eruption". It became the second-brightest star in the sky between 11 and 14 March 1843 before fading well below naked eye visibility after 1856. In a smaller eruption, it reached 6th magnitude in 1892 before fading again. It has brightened consistently since about 1940, becoming brighter than magnitude 4.5 by 2014.
At declination −59° 41′ 04.26″, Eta Carinae is circumpolar from locations on Earth south of latitude 30°S, (re Johannesburg: lat. 26°12′S); and is not visible north of about latitude 30°N, (re Cairo: lat. 30°2′N).
The two main stars of the Eta Carinae system have an eccentric orbit with a period of 5.54 years. The primary is a peculiar star, similar to a luminous blue variable (LBV), that was initially 150–250 M☉ of which it has lost at least 30 M☉ already, and is expected to explode as a supernova in the astronomically near future. This is the only star known to produce ultraviolet laser emission. The secondary star is hot and also highly luminous, probably of spectral class O, around 30–80 times as massive as the Sun. The system is heavily obscured by the Homunculus Nebula, material ejected from the primary during the Great Eruption. It is a member of the Trumpler 16 open cluster within the much larger Carina Nebula
