DEPUTY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Description:
• Assist or as a representative of manager in doing relation with customers including meeting with customers and travelling.
• Assist manager in monitor the jobs of team to make sure all requirement of customers is well received.
• Co-managing the planning team with planning manager to make sure customer’s request is met on time.
• Assist manager in promoting and introducing products and service of company to customers.
• Report to customer service manager.
• Training new team member.

- Requirement:

• Good team working skill.
• Excellent in English.
• Good knowledge about European and USA business style.
• Good negotiation and planning skill.
• Leadership skill.
