3. Need pa po ba magexercise?If you want to tone your muscles, and to lose weight fast, yes you may. But detoxi is proven to be effective WITHOUT EXERCISE OR ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES.
4. What should I expect after taking detoxi?
During your first few days, please expect to be light headed, and nauseous. Normal na mahilo dahil nagaadjust pa ang iyong katawan. After a couple of days, you should be feeling normal.

5. Can I take it with coffee or pills or glutathione? - Yes. Although, you would have to always check how your body reacts. If the combination of coffee and detoxi makes you palpitate, don't take them at the same time.
6. How do I take it? - If you are more than 50 kgs, recommended is 2 caps after breakfast or your first meal of the day ( para sa mga graveyard shift). Yes, sabay mo sia itetake. Once a day lang, pero if 2 caps, dapat sabay. Hindi pwedeng isa sa gabi, isa sa umaga.
If you are taking 2 caps - pakiramdaman mo ang sarili mo. If sobra pa din ang hilo after ilang araw, meaning, you should just take 1 cap. Wag ka magalala, it would still be effective.
If 1 cap lang ang tine take mo and you think ganun pa din ang appetite mo, you can try 2 caps, but after trying and nahilo ka, just go back to taking one cap.
You can take detoxi everyday, or every other day. Totally up to you. Madami ako kilala na hindi naman everyday nagtetake but they lost weight just the same.
7. Gano kabilis bago ko makita ang effect? Again, this varies. Iba iba ang katawan ng tao, hence, iba iba ang pwde maging bilis ng effectivity. Sa iba, as soon as they take it, ramdam na nila agad. Sa iba, more than a week na parang ganon pa din ang lakas nila kumain.
If its more than a week already and wala ka pa ring nararamdamang effect, I suggest you finish the entire bottle first.
8. May age restriction po ba? Just as long as may menstruation, pwede na. Of course ibang story pagdating sa lalaki, so just as long as tumuntong ng 13 years old pwede na.
9. Pwede po ba sa diabetic? May highblood? Wala pong ingredients ang detoxi na harmful. But, your body might react differently because of your condition. If you have an illness which requires na lagi kayo busog at kumakain, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS. It is always best to consult your physician.
10. Pwede po ba sa breastfeeding mom? I don't recommend since it will affect your milk supply. But other than that, wala sia ibang effect kay baby.
11. What if nakuha ko na ung weight goal ko? What will happen pag nagstop ako?
- The main effect of detoxi is that tinatanggal nya ung gana mo kumain. If nasanay na ung katawan mo na mahina ka na lang kumain, kahit hindi ka na magtake ng detoxi, it would be fine.
However, if talagang default mode mo ang malakas kumain, of course, without detoxi, babalik ka sa dati mong magana mode. I suggest you just take detoxi 2-3x a week for maintenance.
