Six years ago, on International Women's Day 2021, we launched what we hoped would be more than just a campaign. In collaboration with Joyce Yung, we set out to create a photoshoot series featuring six role models in Hong Kong — women whose stories reflected the beauty of diversity and the quiet power of living authentically. The intention was simple: to bring awareness, promote equality, and celebrate the many forms empowerment can take.

Now in our sixth year, with this year's IWD theme of Give to Gain, that sentiment feels more resonant than ever. Giving — of time, of trust, of stories — has a way of multiplying. Every woman we've featured has expanded our community's sense of what's possible.

Last week, we had the honour of introducing four women who embody exactly that spirit — each one a reminder of the quiet strength and generosity that exists all around us, if we take the time to look.

To our four role models: thank you for showing up, for being seen, and for giving so generously of yourselves. And to our community — thank you for following along.

As the license holder and curator of TEDxHong Kong and TEDxTinHauWomen, she leads a vibrant team of volunteers, fostering DEI initiatives and empowering voices that inspire change. Introducing our role model — Florence Tsai

This March, in honour of International Women's Day, we continue celebrating the remarkable women who give of themselves — and in doing so, shape the world around them. This year's theme, , is about generosity, connection, and the quiet power of living with intention — and Florence Tsai is the perfect embodiment of that spirit.

Florence has always been drawn to beauty — in art, in words, in the way people live. From the glossy pages of Tatler and Vogue, to the hushed rooms of Sotheby's and 3812 Gallery, to long-form storytelling for Forbes, to founding her own jewellery brand Florence T — she has spent her career exploring what moves us, what inspires us, what makes life feel meaningful. Her diverse passions were never separate pursuits. They were always pointing in the same direction: wellness. Today, as Director of Marketing & Partnerships at ACME Wellness and a CMA Certified Sound Healer, she brings every layer of that rich, lived experience to the work she does — and to the lives she touches.

Florence has always given her voice and vision generously — and in return, built a life and career that is as whole as it is inspiring. We are honoured to open this year's campaign with her. 💛

This year's theme, , is about generosity, connection, and the quiet power of living with intention — and Jacqueline Tsang is a living testament to that.

Jacqueline has always believed in the power of a good story. As the former Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Director of Tatler Hong Kong and former Chief Editor of STYLE at the South China Morning Post, she built a career around amplifying the voices, ideas, and aesthetics that deserved to be seen — not for the glamour of it, but because she genuinely cared. From there, she brought that same thoughtful lens to the Hong Kong Jockey Club, where storytelling met community and purpose at scale.

Today, she takes that wealth of experience into an exciting new chapter — as Founding Partner of Revamont. It is a bold, intentional step that speaks to everything she stands for: building something meaningful from the ground up, on her own terms, rooted in the belief that the best stories are still ahead. Jacqueline reminds us that when we pour ourselves into what we believe in, the impact reaches far beyond what we can see. 💛
