Keith Steptoe, winner of MasterChef (in his dreams!), set up The Cooks Friend Company originally to promote the HandyMitts Apron - Unique Novelty Apron with Retractable Oven Gloves (our little invention) and holds the patent. The company's main focus is supplying, small quantity, personalised kitchen and service clothing and textiles, especially aprons, in partnership with a high quality embroiderer and printer. Apart from The Great Britsh Public, main customers are independent cafes and restaurants and other food related small businesses looking to promote their brand through the clothing. Minimum order is 1 but 20+ orders can attract great discounts! They also boast one of the largest ranges of aprons and colour choices on the web. And can source any type of clothing. The goal is not to be the cheapest but provide good quality products, pro-active support and high levels of customer service
