In late 2013, LAPAS was founded in Thailand and presented the debut collection (Spring/Summer 2015) at Paris fashion week in June 2014. The brand philosophy is to make all facets of human life into one unified work of art. We are bringing together artists and craftsmen from various fields with different expertise starting from engineering to sculpture to leatherwork, working shoulder to shoulder only to create objects of outstanding individuality and beauty, and great value is put on the exclusive and exquisite craftsmanship. To create such a product, we established our factory by combining arts and craftsmanship together solely to produce our products as well as collaborating with immerging local artists. As a result, our product is known for the composition of sophisticated techniques and internationally sourced elements such as folded metal sheet, plated solid brass screw, special fastener, etched copper, calfskin, exotic skin and waxed cotton at its highest quality.
