WHEN DID "MAKING DO" BECOME PART OF YOUR SEWING?
Rethreading it. Avoiding certain fabrics. Holding something in place that really shouldn’t need holding. Redoing a seam because the machine just didn’t quite cooperate.
Sometimes you don’t realise how much you’ve adjusted your sewing around your machine until you stop and think about it.
A machine should help you enjoy what you make — not quietly dictate what you avoid, what you simplify, or how much patience every project is going to need.
If you’ve been "making do" for longer than you intended, our Annual Trade-In could be a good opportunity to explore what might suit the way you sew now.
