Every garment is different, and every customer has different needs. That’s why we’ve put together our Clothing Alterations Policy to make sure everything is clear, fair and stress-free from booking to collection. 💖
📌 A few things to remember: 🪡 Garments are assessed before pricing
💰 A 50% deposit may be required
📏 Fittings may be necessary
⏰ Standard alterations: 3–7 working days
🛍️ Collect within 14 days after notification
🚫 Completed alterations are generally non-refundable
✨ Extra changes may have an additional charge

Today was an inspiring and valuable learning experience at the MSME Marketing & Sales Workshop hosted by the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber.

One of my key takeaways is that building a successful fashion business is not only about creating beautiful garments, but also about understanding your target market, building a strong brand presence, developing an effective marketing strategy, and converting relationships into sales.

As the founder of ÉBLOUIRBELLA BOUTIQUE, I am taking these insights back into my business with a renewed focus on understanding my customers, strengthening my brand, enhancing my marketing approach, and creating fashion that makes women feel confident, beautiful, and empowered.

Every learning opportunity is an opportunity for growth.
