Simple flavorful wors stew 🥘

Ingredients:

Wors
1/2 Onion
Tsp garlic & ginger (minced)
Tomatoes
Beef cube
Sugar (optional)
Mixed herbs
Seven colors grill seasoning
Cajun spice
Rajah mild & spicy
Rajah medium curry powder
1 tbsp jimmy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 cup warm water

Method:

Recipe:

Add a little bit of oil, then add the wors.
Brown it and set it aside.
Same pan, add sliced onion and minced garlic, then sauté until fragrant.
Add the spices: tsp of each
Add beef cube.
Then add 2-3 grated tomatoes with tomato sauce and tbsp sugar, cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the tomatoes and are cooked.
Add back the wors and mix.
Add 1 cup of warm water and mix everything together, then let it cook for about 15-30 minutes on low-medium heat.
Add tbsp and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
