As Women’s Month draws to a close, we salute the women who inspire us to dream bigger, stand taller and embrace who we are.

Meet Basia Erna Erasmus...

Born in the USA and finding her passion for dance on African soil from the age of nine, Basia has grown into an accomplished SA Champion, choreographer, dance coach and multidisciplinary artist.

She holds a BA in Interior Design & Visual Arts from Inscape University, Stellenbosch and with over 14 years of experience, she has inspired and mentored young dancers, represented South Africa locally and internationally, appeared on Expresso TV, co-starred in the international film Children of Bone & Blood and continues to use movement, creativity and the arts to uplift others.

But Basia’s story goes beyond dance. As Director and Co-founder of ErnRich, she is passionate about creating spaces where people can rediscover their confidence, creativity and sense of self-worth.

This Women’s Month, we celebrated women who move, create, inspire and empower others to find their own rhythm.

Theresa Senger is a South African(Namibia born) abstract artist known for her bold, large-scale works rich in texture and depth. With a professional background as a behavioural specialist in leadership development,
she brings a deep understanding of human behaviour into her art. Fascinated by the paradox that humans are both so similar yet uniquely different, she explores the value of slowing down to truly connect, understand, and appreciate these differences — the foundation for meaningful relationships.
Her signature works often feature abstract human face profiles positioned to face each other, symbolising dialogue, connection, and the shared space between individuals. This is amplified by her signature white backgrounds, a deliberate choice representing the absence of “background noise” or distractions, allowing the focus to remain purely on the relationship itself.
Now based in Durbanville, South Africa, Theresa is the owner of Gallery7550 Art Cafe, a space where people come together to connect, create, and be inspired.

Dr. Vivienne Mothibi-Erasmus is a seasoned and passionate professional with over 36 years of experience in education, educational psychology, inclusive education, psychotherapy, counselling and personal development. Her career has spanned South Africa and internationally, working with schools, universities, NGOs, corporate organisations, educators, families and vulnerable communities. She is deeply passionate about people and the difference that education, compassion and meaningful support can make in their lives, with extensive experience supporting exceptional and special-needs learners, counselling, life coaching, mindfulness and workplace wellness.

Her international experience in the USA, including serving as a Cultural Ambassador, strengthened her appreciation for diversity and different cultures. A confident speaker, facilitator and advocate, Dr Mothibi-Erasmus uses both her professional expertise and personal life experiences to inspire resilience, healing and positive change. She has presented on mindfulness, overcoming adversity, resilience and wellness, and continues to empower individuals and communities through motivational coaching, counselling and initiatives that promote healthier, more inclusive and resilient lives.

Meet Jeanine, the owner of CREATE AI, where she helps businesses and marketers use AI to transform the way they work and grow. She's passionate about making AI practical, accessible and impactful.

She's also the co-founder of Neuro Bloom tommy, a platform dedicated to helping moms manage anxiety through neuro-based tools and techniques that promote lasting wellbeing.

Most importantly, she's the proud mom of a wonderful 2-year-old son, who is truly the light of her life and her biggest inspiration every day.
