Embroidery Machine Operator required in the Branding department at Uturn Sportswear to operate & maintain embroidery machine to produce high quality embroidered products efficiently & accurately.
-Setup, start up & shut down
-Load & change threads,needles, bobbing & backing materials
-Design Placement- set up embroidery files, ensure correct placement , Hooping and tension
- Conduct regular quality checks
- Machine maintenance- cleaning, oiling, tension issues.
- Record Production output,downtime,and Machine issues
-Track inventory of threads, backing & Consumables
⁃ Deal with customers and taking down orders.
Matric-Advantageous
2-3 years experience operating mulri-head embroidery machines
RICOMA, RICHPEACE, TAJMA Machine Experience -Advantageous
Ability to frame garments, panels etc
