❤️ Volg **My Kombuis** vir nog heerlike huislike resepte.

Bestanddele

* 500 g pennepasta
* 600 g hoenderborsies, in repies gesny
* 2 eetlepels olyfolie
* 2 eetlepels botter
* 3 knoffelhuisies, fyngedruk
* 250 g sampioene, in skywe gesny
* 1 koppie kersietamaties, gehalveer
* 2 koppies vars babaspinasie
* 250 ml vars room
* 1 koppie hoenderaftreksel
* 1 koppie gerasperde Parmesaan of Cheddar
* 1 teelepel Italiaanse kruie
* ½ teelepel paprika
* Sout en swartpeper na smaak
* Vars pietersielie, gekap

Metode

🍮🌼 OUMA SE ROMERIGE MELKTERT IN 'N BAKKIE 🌼🍮

🍮🌼 GRANDMA'S CREAMY MILK TART IN A BOWL 🌼🍮
When you're craving the delicious taste of traditional milk tart but don't feel like making a pastry crust, this creamy milk tart in a bowl is just what you need. Smooth, velvety, and topped with a fragrant sprinkle of cinnamon sugar – it's pure comfort food! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🛒 INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1½ tablespoons sugar
1½ tablespoons cake flour
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
👩‍🍳 METHOD
Warm the milk and butter together over medium heat until the butter has melted. Do not allow the milk to boil.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and cake flour until smooth and free of lumps.
Stir the salt and vanilla extract into the egg mixture.
Gradually add the warm milk while whisking continuously to prevent the egg from curdling.
Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a smooth, creamy custard.
Spoon the milk tart mixture into a serving bowl or individual dessert bowls.
Generously sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Serve warm, or allow to cool before chilling for a delicious cold dessert.
✨ Tip: Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, or enjoy it just as it is for that authentic Grandma's homemade comfort. 💛
