We sell new horse-riding equipment with the coffee shop providing customers with freshly baked treats and Lavazza coffee. Stop by for breakfast, a light-lunch or tea-time treat and pony rides.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Clara! 🎉

This week we're celebrating someone who has been part of The Riding Centre family for many, many years – our wonderful Clara! 💙🐴

If you've ever visited us for pony rides, there's a very good chance Clara was there with a warm smile, a gentle hand, and endless patience. For so many children, their very first ride on a pony was led by Clara, creating memories that families treasure for years to come.

Her kindness, dedication, and love for both the horses and our riders make her an irreplaceable part of our team. Whether she's leading little ones on their first adventure, caring for the ponies, or lending a hand wherever it's needed, Clara does it all with heart.
From all of us at The Riding Centre, thank you for everything you do. We hope your birthday week is filled with as much joy as you bring to everyone around you.

Saturdays are for pony rides, fresh air, and making memories. 🐴

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces at The Riding Centre today. Whether it was a first pony ride, a family outing, or simply a chance to enjoy the farm atmosphere, we loved having you with us.

A big thank you to everyone who visited the Stable Shop today – we hope you had as much fun as we did!

We're closed on Sundays, but if you missed out, we'd love to see you next weekend, or pop in on a weekday afternoon for a coffee, a bite to eat, and of course, a visit to all our four-legged friends. 💚

It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the news that yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beloved Henry. 💙🐑

For so many years, Henry was far more than just a sheep. He was part of our family, a familiar face around the Riding Centre and Stable Shop, and a friend to thousands of children, parents, riders and visitors who came through our gates.

To Kim and Jason, Henry was like a fourth child. He was there through so many chapters of life, always waiting for treats, always ready to greet people with his gentle nature, and somehow always finding himself at the centre of the action.

He lived a long, happy, well-loved life, surrounded every day by people who adored him. We couldn't have wished for anything more for him.

Henry truly was a living legend. His photos, funny antics and unforgettable personality brought smiles to so many people over the years, and his absence will be deeply felt by everyone who knew him.

Thank you, Henry, for every laugh, every cuddle, every stolen snack, and for bringing so much joy to our little corner of the world. You will always be part of the Riding Centre family, and you will never be forgotten.

Run free, old friend. ❤️🌈

The Many Lives of Henry 🐑

It's been brought to our attention that Henry has lived... several lives.

🎄 Henry the Christmas Elf
Volunteered to help Santa. Was fired after eating the reindeer's carrots

🐑 Henry the Party Animal
Found asleep next to a pile of empty cider bottles. To this day, he insists he was the designated grazer.

🚀 Henry the Astronaut
Applied to NASA. Rejected after repeatedly trying to eat the spacecraft.

🤓 Henry the Professor
Has spent years studying humans and has concluded they are surprisingly easy to convince to hand over snacks.

👨‍🍳 Henry the MasterChef
Created his signature dish: grass... served on grass... with a side of grass.

❤️ Henry Today
Now semi-retired. His daily routine consists of greeting customers, supervising absolutely nothing, demanding ear scratches, judging your lunch choices, and pretending he's starving five minutes after breakfast.

We can't wait to see what career he chooses next. 😂🐑

P.S. No sheep consumed alcohol. Henry's biggest addiction has always been attention... closely followed by snacks.

One day they'll be too big for the playground, too cool for pony rides, and too busy to spend an afternoon feeding goats and saying hello to Henry.

But not today. ❤️

These school holidays, swap screens for fresh air, muddy boots, giggles and the kind of simple adventures that become the best childhood memories.

At The Stable Shop, little ones can: 🐴 Enjoy pony rides 🐐 Meet and pet our friendly animals 🛝 Run wild in the playground ☕ While you relax with a great coffee and something tasty to eat.

Sometimes the moments they'll remember most aren't the big, expensive days out... they're the ones where they laughed until their cheeks hurt, made friends, and went home happily exhausted.

📢 Notice: Temporary Closure – Tuesday, 30 June

For the safety of our staff, clients, horses, and visitors, The Riding Centre and The Stable Shop will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 30 June, due to the planned marches taking place.

The safety and wellbeing of our community will always come first, and we appreciate your understanding.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back as normal on Wednesday.
