We are looking for an organized, people-focused team member who loves great customer experiences, enjoys creative work and would thrive in an entrepreneurial space. Some who appreciates the Common Tread lifestyle and understands the value and benefit of wearing barefoot shoes.

This roles combines customer support, administration, marketing and day to day operational support.

Looking for a versatile 'can wear many hats' type of person that our growing brand needs!

What's in the name?

Fun fact: we decided on the name of our brand 10 years before the dream of making our own range of shoes became a reality.

We chose Common Tread as a play on the words 'common thread' because every human being has a common need for a healthy sense of well-being and meaningful connection with others.

The feet play an integral part in how the rest of our bodies move and feel. The natural shape and natural function of the foot is honoured across all our designs.

The word 'tread' speaks to the mark we leave as humans - is it meaningful, wholesome and good?

New addition is the reinforced toe cap panel for extra durability however maintains the comfort and flexibility, our brand is known for.

Also the folded over edges, neat stitching and new design panels add a sharper look they'll be proud to wear with their uniform.
