Airpower Western Cape and UTAL Asset Rentals Partner for Ivilitex’s Growth in Local Textile Production
In a successful collaboration, Airpower Western Cape and UTAL Asset Rentals have partnered to support Ivilitex, a leading textile company based in Epping, Cape Town, in their goal to increase locally produced apparel by up to 65% by 2030. Airpower, a trusted supplier of air compressors and pneumatic equipment, was tasked with providing a rental solution for a 50 HP screw-type compressor that would power Ivilitex’s expanding operations.
Collin Dortman of Airpower Western Cape shared, “All our business actions are conducted with total customer satisfaction in mind. When we were asked to provide a rental option for Ivilitex, we immediately sought approval to close the deal within 48 hours. Ivilitex is a well-structured company, and the necessary financial information was readily available, which allowed us to proceed quickly."
Thanks to UTAL Asset Rentals, the funding was secured, and the partnership between Airpower and Ivilitex was solidified. UTAL provided the financing, ensuring that the compressor would be fit for purpose and regularly maintained according to manufacturer specifications. Collin noted, “It was great to have a partner like UTAL who understands the intricacies of setting up rental deals. We could focus on delivering, installing, and commissioning the equipment that met our customer’s needs while relying on UTAL’s expertise to structure the agreement.”
