Two Oceans half marathon, you did not disappoint 🦾

Good day out, PB for half marathon so pretty darn happy with that.

Receiving the medal was pretty special, Castaway Components you made us proud today 💙

Thank you to all our friends for all the support and well wishes, your cheerleading was very much appreciated ❤️

We didn't carry our phones today so no pics or videos of the day out, but it was sublime, the spectators and vibe was incredible 💥

Alec ran in his group and was an all star 🌟 with hardly any training and when training running my pace, he blew it out the water, well done, absolutely incredible ❤️

Jax ... you were a rockstar my friend, so glad we got to see you at the end ###x

Cape Crusade, an epic 3 day team stage trail run event ✨️

We entered the event again this year, a complete thrill crossing the finish line after 3 days and seeing all these incredible runners, from beginners to hard core athletes, grinning when they receive their medals, as each and every one was earned and so well deserved 👊💪

What an awesome way to start the new year for us, another special delivery for Castaway arrived this morning, a new diecasting machine.

We are in our element to have this top class diecasting machine added to our existing range, manufacturing just went to a new level 😀

With our generator in place and new machines, we are ready to tackle all your casting needs
