These are just so yummy!
And with only 3 ingredients, who wouldn't want to give them a go?

Receipe:
- πŸ™ π•–π•˜π•˜
- πŸ™ 𝕔𝕦𝕑 π•€π•¦π•˜π•’π•£
*(I used about 3/4 cup and it was still quite sweet...)
- πŸ™ 𝕔𝕦𝕑 π•‘π•–π•’π•Ÿπ•¦π•₯𝕓𝕦π•₯π•₯𝕖𝕣
*(I used a healthy alternative with seeds mixed in, as well as normal smooth peanutbutter)

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 180'C
- Whisk the egg in a bowl
- Add the sugar and whisk well until creamy
- Add the peanutbutter and mix well
- Place spoonfuls on a greased baking tray (not too much, about a heaped teaspoon)
- Flatten them a little with a fork or spoon
- Bake for 10min at 180'C

- Once done, leave them to cool a little before removing from the tray
