*Important Update Regarding Your AnadaOne Orders*
Dear AnadaOne Family,
I am writing to you today not just as the founder of this brand, but as someone who deeply values the unwavering support you have shown us. I want to sincerely and personally apologize for the current delays you are experiencing with your orders.
When I started AnadaOne Clothing Company 9 years ago, I poured my heart and soul into building something special. However, I must humbly admit that I never thought my own hard work would haunt me to a point where I feel completely drained and lost.
To help you understand where we are right now, I need to share a difficult piece of our history that still heavily impacts our operations today.
The Challenge We Are Overcoming
In 2022, we suffered a massive and devastating setback on our company grounds. We lost four of our heavy-duty manufacturing machines—equipment that was the absolute backbone of our production and made fulfilling our work much faster and easier. Heartbreakingly, these machines were stolen by an older tailor from Malawi who was working directly under our company. He ran away with our equipment, leaving us to pick up the pieces.
Since that day, we have been fighting an uphill battle. We have been trying to meet your incredible demand while operating at a severe handicap. The weight of trying to maintain our standards without our essential machinery has finally caught up with me, leading to the burnout and delays we are facing right now.
Our Commitment to You
Please know that despite feeling exhausted, I am not giving up on this brand or on you. We are working around the clock with the resources we have to ensure every single order is fulfilled with the quality you expect from AnadaOne.
I am asking for your patience and grace as we work through this backlog. Your loyalty over the past 9 years is the only reason we are still standing, and I am entirely committed to making this right.
Thank you for believing in my vision, for supporting local streetwear, and for standing by us during the hardest of times.
With deep gratitude and humility,
Sizwe (Starbility) Buthelezi
