Medium-sized Vintage Consol Jars with Metal Lids | Glass is a safer and more sustainable alternative to plastic. It won't leak chemicals like BPA into your food (as plastic does), and because it can be reused for years, it won't end up in a landfill. These medium sized jars can be used to store cereals, pasta, biscuits, grains, cream pretty much anything really! They have aged metal lids, and they are 14cm tall and 8cm wide. White Arabia Teapot | Arabia Finnish stoneware is well known for it's excellent quality and beautiful design aesthetic. This beautifully designed little teapot dates to the 1960s. The design is called Kaarna and features embossed lines circling the pot. It has a capacity of 3 cups and gets 9/10 for pouring (see our stories). It's in mint condition. [SOLD] Vintage Scrabble Set | This particular edition was made between 1948 and 1953, so ie pretty old! It has the classic playing board with wooden tiles and tile holders. Framed BuIlfinch Print | I absolutely love botanical and ornithological prints, and combining them is even better! The lovely subject matter and great tones of this picture grabbed me immediately. I couldn't make out the label fully but from what I can see, this print was framed in Northern Ireland, and so I assume the artist is Irish. The back is a bit worse for wear (see pictures) but the print itself is in great condition. It is 31,5cm wide and 36,5cm long. Price: R350, excluding postage. White Enamel Roasting Pan with Lid | This is a serious roasting dish, able to withstand the rigours of cooking a big cut of meat. It has been very well used over the years, but the great things about enamel is that it just keeps going, and going! I love the trio of red stripes around the base. It has chips and marks in keeping with use (see pics), although nothing that will affect it's roasting ability. It is quite heavy and pretty big, 36cm long x 18cm high x 30cm wide (including handles). Due to it's weight it will have to be for collection only in the Durban area - please select ‘for collection’ when you check out online! Price: R250, excluding postage. Retro Frying Pan (Medium) | My favorite part of this pan is the lovely retro floral design; the colour and style is so evocative of the 70s aesthetic. The pan has some wear on the underside from use but is in really great condition otherwise. It is 5cm deep, about 38cm long, including the handle, and 23 cm in diameter. [SOLD] Guido Bergna Stovetop Espresso Maker (2 Cup) | This Italian made espresso maker is VERY dinky, and takes up minimal space. GB has a reputation for well made goods, and this little pot is no exception. It is made of heavy guage 18-10 stainless steel and is in great condition. It weighs 370g and is 13,5cm high x 8cm wide at the base. I've seen a few online for between R433 and R457, so they are worth slightly more than other pots. [SOLD] Pink "Blush Rose" Jug | This beautiful little Alfred Meakin jug is such a great find! The pink is a lovely tone and it works equally well as a milk or cream jug, or even in lieu of a gravy boat. It has a small chip on the handle but it's otherwise in good nick. It holds 250ml liquid and scores 9/10 for it's pouring. Price : R80, excluding postage.
