Planet 54 seeks to foster harmonious and beneficial relationships with its customers and users in line with our company’s ethics and values. In doing so, Planet 54 adheres to a strict code of standards and we expect our users and customers to do the same.

1. General Standards:

We reserve the right to:

A) Remove comments that are of an inflammatory, defamatory or discriminatory nature. Comments that amount to hate speech, slander or have the effect of damaging the reputation or brand of Planet 54. Including comments that are intended to stir controversy, troll the brand or other users or have any similar negative effect.

B) We may delete Messages that are of a similar nature to those above in (A) and including instances where matters have been resolved, posts have expired, competitions have ended and issues have been resolved.

C) We reserve the right to ban or block followers, contacts or participants for any reason whatsoever that management may deem fit, including but not limited to the grounds set out in (A) above.

D) We may remove comment threads that violate these standards or our standard terms and conditions without notice to users or participants.

E) We may remove, report or requesting disabling of profiles on instagram or other social media for reasons set out in (A) above.

2. Unacceptable Conduct:

A) Any content, comments, posts or commentary that is displayed on Planet54’s social media pages or web services which has the effect of attacking people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, gender and disability is considered unacceptable and will not be permitted;

B) Conduct that promotes hatred of any kind will not be tolerated;

C) Use of the Planet54 social media space for personal promotion of business of brand;

D) Continuous publication, degrading comments and/or threats of violence to others or to the company;

E) The publication of inaccurate, misleading or fake information for any purposes whatsoever;

F) Posts that are is not constructive and unrelated to the campaigns, objectives or items on sale.

F) Any personal attacks on any employees of Planet54 which may include but are not limited to defamation of employees character; the use of personal information , blackmail or using facebook to continuously harass an employees or users.

3. Time Sensitive campaigns:

A) All Campaigns are only valid for the designated time frame and will be stated either within body of text present on artwork or within the terms of that campaign. Should there be no time frame, campaigns will run for a maximum length of 7 calendar days from date of first publication.

B) Planet54 may alter offers at their sole and exclusive discretion but endeavour to inform users and customers at all times should there be changes to the offers or campaigns.

C) Customers cannot claim any offers once they have expired or beyond the claim period.

D) Planet54 is not liable for any failed transaction when making payment for the campaign offer during the period within which offer is available – if payment is successful at a time the offer has expired – honouring the offer is purely at the discretion of Planet54’s management.

4. Social sharing:

A) All information that is shared with users and customers on an individual basis is regarded as private and confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

B) Personal information and details of clients will be deleted off all the Plant54 social media platforms at the discretion of admin team or at the request of users or customers.

C) Information published by Planet54 remains at all times the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the company and no individual or organisation can use any images, videos or copy for any purposes whatsoever without the express written permission of Planet54’s managment.
