When you have the will, you will find a way.

If you're making excuses, it's because weakness is outweighing your will to achieve.

Whatever the excuses might be that are holding you back - physical disability, past events, lack of time, lack of skill, lack of knowledge - whatever they may be... if you have the will, you will either find a way or make one.

It's easy to say you'd die for your family.

Thankfully, most of us will never be put in a position where we would literally need to do that.

Still, saying you're prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice for your family should be more than a hypothetical statement.

Your family really does look to you to make sacrifices for them. You're the husband, the father, the patriarch.

And if you aren't prepared to make the small sacrifices, what confidence can they really have that you'll make the big ones?

What good is it to say you'd die for your family, if you aren't prepared to live for them?

To eat healthy and look after your body

To get up early and work until late

To work instead of play

To train and be able to defend them

To work and be able to provide for them

Every day matters. No slacking, no days off. That's the cost of success. Consistency, discipline, showing up every day - even when the excuses not to make sense. Do it anyway.

Without discipline and consistency? One missed day... OK. It's just one day. But then you skip 3 days. Then you don't do it for a month. Look again, 3 years has passed and you're no closer to your goal.

Don't allow yourself an out or an excuse.
