Welcome to THE FIT - our little corner of weirdness at Timeless Threads.
A mockumentary series giving you an insight into the everyday madness of running a thrift store. Glued together by creativity, passion, way too much coffee, tiredness and the eternal hope that there's always a cool vintage jacket just around the corner.
We’ll be taking you along with us on our treasure hunts to small town stops, hidden secondhand shops, hectic flea markets, secret charity stores, quirky antique joints and dingy roadside stalls that always manage to surprise us with the coolest gems.
Some days will look glamorous. Most days consist of lugging around bin bags of clothes, rearranging shop rails for the hundredth time, building displays that fall down 5 minutes later, surviving on caffeine and questioning where all the hangers have gone to again.
THE FIT is about the little things in-between. The weird customers you meet. The accidental catwalk moments. The ridiculous conversations had. The creative breakdowns. The late night shop outings. The thrill of finding something amazing for next to nothing.
And the harsh realities of running a small creative business and staying sane. You’ll get to see what happens when we style outfits, create displays, shoot content, treasure hunt, upcycle hidden gems, meet awesome people and breathe new life into old clothes. It’s a hot mess. It’s hilarious. It’s tiring. It’s inspiring. And it’s sometimes utterly bananas.
But most of all, it’s real. At its core, THE FIT is about self-expression. Creativity. Storytelling. And the wonderful people that come together thanks to a love of vintage fashion.
