AA true pinch-me moment for Phephe. ✨

Since 2024, one of our Groundcover girls, Phephe, has been attending the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in Johannesburg on a full scholarship. She got this opportunity through her hard work, determination, and dedication and she recently had the incredible opportunity to meet Oprah herself.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything she has achieved.

Phephe’s mom, Zandile, has been part of the Groundcover family since our very early days. Her uncle leads the lasting section of our factory, and her aunt has the biggest smile in the closing section. Moments like these remind us why investing in education matters. Watching the next generation thrive is one of the greatest privileges of all.
