A special moment to encounter this image again, more than a decade after it was created.

Photographed by Ross Garrett in July 2013, this work has recently been exhibited at the Roger Ballen Centre for Photography (Inside Out Centre for the Arts | Photography and Art Museum), offering a chance to revisit an important chapter in Guillotine’s evolving visual language.

Looking back, I’m reminded of the power of collaboration and the remarkable creative minds who helped bring this image to life.

A flattering, street-edge silhouette tailored to perfection — balancing classic investment with considered design. A sculpted wide waistband meets a straight-cut leg with pleats, and exaggerated patch pockets create effortless proportion.

Crafted in distressed woven jacquard, with exposed threads designed to evolve and change beautifully with time.
