In Psalms 103 verse 5 the Bible says; "Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s."
As long as your mouth speaks good things, even your age will be renewed like that of the eagle's.
Do not speak about the bad things which you are going through at the moment. That is what the enemy wants and he knows it can greatly affect your health too. Speak about the good things you are about to go through instead, so that even your youth can be renewed.
Say;
“My life is about to turn around,”
“I will testify,”
“I am healed,”
“I am a boss lady,”
“I am a rich man,”
“I am not a sinner because He has forgiven my sins,” and
“I am righteous!”
