Wow, and just when you think you have totally got the sleep routine sorted, you come across a time where baby is waking at strange hours and totally off their rhythm.

Just a friendly reminder from the milestone fairy that your little one is developing, changing, learning. These usually happen when major milestones are reached, rolling, crawling, walking. Isn't this new world all too exciting?

It could also be time to merge naps, drop a nap or extend awake times.

At least you can put your mind at ease knowing it will pass and you will be able to settle back into the normal soon.

Watch out for cue that aren't a sleep regression. Teething, blocked noses, fevers, room too hot or cold.

Isn't it amazing how even after weeks of disturbed sleep we are still able to get up and function as parents for our families 🤣 we deserve a nap!
