Day 10 Of 21 Day Challenge●
After a hard 9 days of training 🏋️‍♂️💪🏃‍♂️🔥, today I had to focus on the BODY, MIND AND SOUL🧘‍♂️ and stretching obviously 🙂
It's been a challenging couple of weeks and today's YOGA Sessions was relaxing 🙂The sunshine 🌞Birds sounds🐦and trees sounds🌴🌳 says the cherry on top🍒
Tomorrow we are back to functional training, body strengthening and more cardio exercises🙂I just want to stay focused, that's all.

Since I was a kid I understood that if I worked hard, I'd see or get positive results😐
I apply the same mentality in everything I do, personally or professionally😑
I'm not worried if I am talented or smart enough, I just work hard! I stay dedicated! I put in the effort!🔥🔥
And that's what I believe in, HARD WORK!!👊🏼
