People always ask if my name is spelt with an X or Z, or they just misspell it. They also ask if Zena is my full name. Yes, it's my full name and notice that there's only one N in there. Hope that clears things up 😉
So WAZ is an acronym for Zena, with a Zed (because I'm South African 😁🇿🇦).

Sometimes in order to heal your body, you have to heal your heart. Holding on to past mistakes, past offences, could'ves and should'ves will only steal your joy. Sometimes in order to move forward and enjoy all the beautiful things life has to offer, you have to let things go. Let go of what you couldn't do, let go of how they wronged you, let go of where you could've been better. Stop holding yourself ransom to these things. You only have you and you are your best asset. Take care of yourself 💜
