Flip today I have a story…Extra Mile Promo is now mainstream and it is only early July - Most promo companies in South Africa can take your order. Very few will go the extra mile for you. That is a fact.
This past Saturday at 8:45AM, I received artwork for a big potential order.
1000 x full sublimated, locally manufactured golf shirts. That’s a serious order.
Big client. One of South Africa’s largest companies. And they needed a sample immediately that morning.
Most agencies would say:
“We’ll get to it Monday.”
“We’ll send a digital mockup.”
“We’ll quote you next week.”
Most agencies I know won’t be able to quote within 48 hours. We did something different.
By 12:30PM that same Saturday, the sample was made.
By 9:00AM Monday morning (today), it was on its way to the client.
Less than 24 hours. From artwork to physical sample. On a weekend.
I’ll be straight: There’s almost nobody in this country who can turn that around that fast and that efficiently. Especially not on a Saturday. Especially not with locally made, full sublimation.
