Part 2:
Let’s identify your body type.
Body types have little or no impact on your weight.
4 measurements need to be taken:
1. Shoulders - measure around, just above the shoulder blades.
2. Bust - measure around the fullest part, without holding the tape too tight.
3. Waist - Measure around the smallest part, usually above the navel.
4. Hips - measure around the fullest part, just below the hip bone.
These measurements will help you determine your body shape.

APPLE 🍎 - if you are curvy, your measurements are fairly uniform
PEAR 🍐 - if your hips are the broadest part of your body
HOURGLASS ⌛️ - if your busy and hips are balanced and you have a defined waist
INVERTED TRIANGLE 🔻- your shoulders are the broadest part of your body
RECTANGLE 🧾- you have a straighter frame with uniform measurements
