The Cape is calling and my bag is almost packed.

There is something about a girls trip that makes you pack your absolute favourites. No compromises, only the pieces you actually reach for.

The Denver pullover and Rachel trouser are coming for the travel day. My sequin skirt and white Blubelle jersey for the nights out. The Muze jacket because the Cape in winter is no joke. My denim Enya trouser because it packs flat and works with everything. My Tye denim dress because a dress is a must have and Trinity PJs because that is non-negotiable.

Kamers next week and I am SO excited!

Here’s exactly what I packed for 5 days in of : one bag, seven pieces and shoes. Honestly, I’ve been packing for so many years I have it down to a fine art!

The secret? Every single piece works with everything else. The Tayla trouser goes with every shirt I packed. The Sequin Skirt takes the India Milk Shirt from day to evening in about 30 seconds flat. And the Valencia Dress does all the heavy lifting on its own.

Skirts aren’t only for summer, they’re just as beautiful styled for cooler weather, especially paired with a cosy jersey or pullover for a polished winter look.

Wear them with pumps, sneakers or boots depending on the occasion - they really are easier to style than you might think.
