er. I created Kairos, as a spinoff of Forever Treasure( going back to 2003). My passion for children and the ability to capture the tininess of the their first days, weeks and years turned into a mini business. It is my dream that this business grows to become a household name. on with the story........ (as per my blog)
I search the web to see what other do. I searched my soul to understand what my feelings are for Kairos. Thinking about the concept created an excitement in me, an excitement that went deeper than just working with another business model or the establishment of another business. Kairos fascinated me in a certain way that I could not place my finger on…
Looking at other websites I know for certain that Kairos must be more than just a site that sells casting powders. I want Kairos to radiate an energy which taps into people’s imagination. Then it dawned on me - Kairos is not about casting powder, Kairos is about ideas. It is about the imagination of every person involved. It is about digging into your creativity to bring forth yourself. And then to take that imagination and to cast it into reality. To bring forth your ideas to be sense as a three dimensional experience. To combine the imaginary with the creativity. The techniques to give birth to something new. I see Kairos as a community that share their creativity on how to pour life into each other’s imagination. The core of Kairos, is it's website. This is the meeting place where people share themselves with each other. Like the marked place in the old medieval towns where everybody came together to share and held conversations, this is where we teach other, learn from those we taught, argue our points...
The website of Kairos must come alive and develop into its own the personality. The personality builds from the combined interactions of the persons involved. To create something this dynamic calls for something to guide us and keep us on course. Laws and rules are for prisoners. We are free and rather need an inner guidance. A guidance that is build on shared ideas. We need values. I see Kairos been build on values that the community share and support. That the people involve keep themselves accountable to. Values that in the end will create the personality of the community. The first value is Imagination. To live and express ourselves. The second value is Fun. To share in the pleasure of being alive. The third value is Integrity. Without trust no community can exist. We need to trust each other through our own integrity. Yes, cast a memory in time, but while doing it become yourself through your own creativity - express yourself, learn to know yourself. Being part of Kairos can evolve for you to a personal journey that has far more value than anything else you have done. Embark on this journey and stand amazed who you are.
