Many of us have been taught and therefore believe that some people are good at certain things because they are 'gifted'. However, what's closer to the truth is these people have 'gifted' themselves through consistent practice and effort. Almost anything can be learnt, so you too can increase your knowledge and skill in whatever you want, just by deciding then consistently practicing. Go ahead, give it a try.

Sometimes rest presents itself to you in the form of a light work load and flexibility in what you can do that day. Appreciate it by taking the rest and easy pace. There will always be those days when it's busy and you do not get a choice to rest or be flexible while the work waits.

When you think about your work, think about how you are using it to build a bright future for yourself. I encourage you to step out of the routine of working everyday just so you can eat today and go back again tomorrow.

Oftentimes you find that being an adult is about solving problems. They come, one after another, or bunched together and each one needs you to do something, not caring that you just came out of the last one. Well, have the same attitude as your problems. Care not that you are dealing with this one or that one or just finished the other one. Tackle them head on as they come and pat yourself on the back for facing it all.
