- Ingredients and method:
50ml Tequila Blanco​
25ml Fresh Lime Juice​
50ml Pineapple Juice​
2 tsp Blueberry Jam​
10ml Chick Pea Brine (for mouthfeel and foam)​

Combine all Ingredients. Shake & Fine Strain.​
Garnish with blueberries on a skewer dipped in white chocolate.​
Thyme Sprig (optional).​⁣
