"Stop and look for mushrooms"

Hi Everyone

We would like to share a good capture when we went on one of our first mushroom hunts.

This is the Stereum Ostrea, commonly known as false turkey tale or golden curtain crust.

It's Ecology is Saprophytic, basically obtaining food by absorbing dissolved organic material.

It's inedible being considered too tough and thin to be edible.

It's habitat is usually on dead wood of broadleaved trees, found in humid areas such as moist forests or along streams and rivers.

Commonly mistaken as a multicolored Trametes Versicolor. The difference comes in where the Stereum Ostra does not have pore openings on the hymenial surface.

Glad we could share this with you and will post our findings from time to time to bring more interesting facts.

And also to anyone in the mushroom community please feel free to share anything you might know that I did not mention or if we even made a mistake. We are always happy to hear more about what we find as well.

Hey Everyone,

Just to share what happend on our last hunt. Found some interesting mushrooms but it was very dry. But still doesnt take aaay the beauty of nature.

We thought the weather would have helped by now. Luckily yesterday it started raining again so we're already looking forward to the next hunt.

And we just finished our catalog, so that means the website is going to launch this week and we are close to making everything public.

Happy Monday everyone,

So we went out for a small hunt yesterday. There were beauties out there but the environment was still a bit dry.

Today we woke up to rain and already prepping for a new walk very soon. Still even though with it being so dry we still found some amazing mushrooms but cant wait to see in a weeks time.

A little bit of an update on the ChronicMush brand. We've had to do some research into new suppliers after receiving our first test stock because even though the designs were sick🔥, we were not happy with the quality and we want to ensure for those who support the brand that they get the very best at a fair price.🤝

We're already prepping our new test stock and have finished one of our catalogs.

The website will more than likely also be launched this week. Cant wait to share what we have come up with since we've added 2 new designs with one being limited. You'll see the designs name is "Reflection".

We have some exciting news!!!

We did some preview prints to get ready for the photoshoot and surprised our team member with a hoody at the hospital when he visited his mom due to a stroke that took place on Monday.

Little bit of an update she is doing very well and close to being released and into a recovery program. 🏥

He wore it proudly and there were moments we saw people staring that was so amazing because we know this is something different. When his family members saw it they were so impressed and can't wait till we officially make the announcement in the coming weeks. 👕

Mushrooms saves lives and it's time we start breaking the stigma against it.

The website is almost done and our suppliers have provided some great test prints. We'll update you on any news going forward.

Hi Everyone!

Happy Women’s Day to all! 🥰

Also a little bit of an update on the brand I know things have been a little bit quiet and have not shared any of the designs yet. Part of which because our draft proposal has been handed to supplier and now just waiting for them to make any changes before finalizing our partnership.

We've also had family emergency in prepping for the launch of the brand this week but due to one of team members mom that got a stroke on Monday, it took priority so we decided to put everything on hold before finalizing.

We also did some research into what might help his mom and with the health benefits of Lions Mane we see it might speed up the recovery by stimulating growth and repair of the nerve cells.

We all wish her a speedy recovery.

If there are any facts (articles) of what mushrooms might help or have suppliers of clean mushrooms that have less exposure to harmful chemicals, please DM us as I know Paul Stamets does have his own shop and have learned a lot about how this might help.

As you all will have seen on my story, I met with potential T-shirt printing suppliers yesterday looking to see if they would like to partner in printing the designs of ChronicMush. They love the brand and what it represents.

So we've decided to team up to deliver quality products as I advised them, we will be very involved in the processes ensuring our community gets exactly what is expected from ChronicMush.

We are currently drawing up all the paperwork for our partnership and will announce once everything is finalized. 📜🖋️

We are one step closer to where we want to be and can't wait to introduce our designs.

We have been hard a work creating a new apparel brand which is not only stylish and great quality but one that stands out from the crowed and when you see it you know what it represents.🍄

We are a startup company with not only the goal to be successful but to create a symbol in which we can represent a community of like minded people.

A lot of people don't know the health benefits and or history of fungi. But rather quick to assume it's either poisonous or some kind of drug.

But we are here to tell you otherwise. 🕶

Yes there are people that have had an amazing experiences with Psilocybin (Shrooms) that ultimately changed their lives for the and we are also going see why.

For those who don't know a lot of what you see in nature is because of these little spores, so lets start showing our appreciation to one of the most overlooked organisms in the world.

We are currently finalizing our suppliers and website to ensure as we role out that we meet the expectations of our community.

Feel free to share experiences or even facts that you know. We'd love to hear about them and maybe dive a little bit deeper in a later post.

As the brand grows we will explore other avenues of fungi as Chronic Mush will be a kickstarter to fund future opportunities.
