Another year around the sun has whirled past me in a blink of an eye. Looking back I had so many joyous moments. I had the privilege of seeing my daughter get her second degree and my son finish high school. I travelled to many countries, with heartfelt people by my side. I met new and wonderful human beings who inspired me and taught me how valuable life is. How to appreciate life for what it is.

I have tapped into myself and tried to discover who I really am.
I am struggling to find the depths of my soul because it is so much easier to hide from painful memories and failures.

Many days were filled with hardship and struggles and I kept it from the outside world even to those in my inner circle.
You have to be brave, the world says, especially if you want to be a strong woman. The biggest discovery I made this year was how to face the music, to lift my head, to carry on even though the fall hurts, to be true to myself. I realised how liberated it is to be vulnerable and real. I am on a journey to discover the divine connection within myself.
